All skill levels welcome!

Start your day clear and positive after turning inward for an hour (or however long you choose). Joining one or more of our weekly guided meditations is a great way to keep your meditation practice on track. Whether you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for years, there’s always a place for you here.

  • Meditations start at 8 a.m. Pacific Time on Zoom (register below for links)

  • At 8:05, everyone is muted, and no further people are admitted.

  • Feel free to turn on your computer camera (video), but it is not required.

  • You may leave whenever you like, but everyone will be unmuted at 8:55 to say goodbye.

NOTE: Please bookmark this page and check back often. Meditation sessions may be occasionally canceled due to travel or illness. All updates will be posted here.

Free Guided Meditation
8 - 9 a.m. on Zoom

These Guided Meditation sessions are open to everyone. No previous experience is required! Shannon Brown will walk you through the session. Treat yourself and learn basic techniques that create a feeling of joy, calm, and ease for your day and your life.

Wednesdays

Free Silent Meditation
8 - 9 a.m. on Zoom

Wednesdays are Silent Meditation Sessions. Show up here to meditate in whatever style or manner you prefer. This is a great way to keep yourself accountable by meditating with a group while still working and growing in your practice at your own speed, in your own way.

Mondays and Fridays

Free Advanced Guided Meditation 8 - 9 a.m. on Zoom

These advanced meditations are for those who have taken previous Meditation classes with Shannon Brown (or other advanced energy work training). We’ll dig deep into some techniques and concepts that will help you expand and improve your practice.
